Our vertical form fill seal packaging machines provide simplicity and efficiency for food and not-food applications while using a roll of film to make bags. These machines quad-seal models are particularly suited to products that require high standards of package: aesthetically perfect, without any wrinkles, the flush seams are highly resistant and all four sides can be printed on.

FUNCTION

This machine has been specially designed to produce stand-up bag with square base and four sealed side. And suitable for packing a range of granular products with such as all kinds of leisure food, coffee beans, oats, rice, pet food, cashew nut, walnut, etc.

Machine Overview


Vertical packaging machine frame is adopted 304 stainless steel material, equipped with the door security protection function. Operation is included with bag making, horizontal sealing, vertical sealing, film pulling, film releasing and frame. The machine uses packaging film material from a single roll.


Making bag automatically by bag make machine, the layout type of bag making is vertical, the collar type is concave convex point flanging collar.
