Explication of the product:

This plaster ,which is used for filling junctures of plates, is a ideal construction material.
It does not leave roughness.
It is easy to use.
It does not create any cracking.

Instructions for application:
100 gr. Astas filling plaster is taken. It is prepared as adding 65 gr. water. If self adhesive joint tape is used, it is applied on joint properly and first coat Joint filling plaster is applied largely on the tape . If non-adhesive paper jointing or fiber is used, firstly joint plaster is applied on joint in thin plate form. After joint tape is cut in requested length, placing of the plaster is provided by pressing on joint with a spatula. After it is waited for minimum 2 hours, it is applied as surface with second coat application, application field is 20cm wide. After applying second coat application, it is applied with third coat Astas Joint filling plaster in 25-30cm-wide and in very thin layer form. Redundancies at its sides are cleared with humid sponge. After the last coat is dried, it is made ready for painting. Subjects to be considered in application of Astas Joint filling plaster:Before starting of joint filling operation, it is controlled if plaster plates are installed as required or not. If they are as requested, it is suggested to use Astas joint filling plaster in 1.5 hours. When a mixture is required to remake, it is required to clean the cape completely from remains. For being able to be applied of Astas joint filling plaster, ambient temperature should not be lower than 2C. After joint filling operation is made, opening of box hole or similar activities should not be done. Because of the fact that such activities cause cracks. One should take notice of cleaning of all devices used in all activities. Also applied surface should be cleared of dust and oil. As use of paint will be reduced, Astas satin gypsum plaster may be applied on it, it is suggested to use Astas satin gypsum plaster for reducing use of paint.
