4) Random choose few pieces of fruit everyday and every batch and open up to check the pulp quality, brix test and texture inside
5) Professionally pack and fast delivery to ensure perishable damage less than 1%

The fresh durian can be vacuum packing or non vacuum packing (depend destination country and flight) and put insidepoly foamboxes with ice gel to keep the durian in chill condition.
As the durian is 100% ripe, we have to deliver immediately on the same day of harvest by air cargo to ensure its freshness.
