3.If I need do a custom order, can I do just 100 yards? what's the MOQ ?
The MOQ is 1000 yards per design, but you can choose 10 different ribbon colors.
4.What's the best price of the custom order?
It's depended on the quantity of the printing color. The more colors you require, the higher price it is. Of course, we can offer amount discount.
5.I have a design, what file format do you need?
Design in Adobeillustrator format would be appreciated. If your file has a cyclical drawing, then it's okay. But your file must be as clear as possible when it was enlarged.
6. How to confirm the printing colors, do you mean the Pantone?
No, it's not Pantone. Usually, we use our grosgrain ribbon color charts as the standard printing colors. Of course, the grosgrain color charts can be sent if it's necessary.
7.Which carrier are you using for shipping?
DHL for most countries, it will cost 3-7 days. Sometimes, we use Fedex, UPS, EMS. etc.
8.Is there any other fees I need to know about?
The mold fee is the only one you need to pay extra. eg: Mold fee: $40.00 Each printing color needs one mold. There are 4 colors in your design, so the total is $40.00.
9.When will the order be shipped, after I doing the payment?
Date of the sample /confirm/iation: 1- 4 workdays Date of the mass printing: 3-5 workdays. So it will take 2-7 workdays to ship your goods after you paid the order.
10.Shall I send a deposit until it is ready to ship?
