Capping Machine for high speed collapsible tube production line

1. Application and operating principle
NMG01 capping machine is used to cap aluminum tubes. Some products equipped with cleaning tops can have the cleaning function. The machine has a wide range of application and can cap various tubes.
Printed and dried tubes are sent to capping where machine manipulator spins cap over the tubes. The equipment can automatically insert tubes over mandrels. Air cylinder hammers cleaning tops according to the frequency and caps tubes on the rotating mandrel by the way of driving nipping pinchers to nip caps. The procedures of capping, tightening and unloading run smoothly.
The equipment can work alone or form automatic tube production line by connecting with other tube manufacturing devices.

A. The machine adopts double air cylinder structure and air cylinder drives nipping pinchers to nip caps.
B. The proximity switch system can ensure that no tubes, no capping.
C. Ferguson indexer can convert the movement of continuous rotation into intermittent power between mandrel and vacuum drum.
