Bottle Cap Lining Machine
Cap lining machine is specially designed to produce different bottle caps, which need an inner gasket to protect the liquid and gas from leakaging. The liner material is made of Thermo-Plastic Elastomer(TPE), which is better than conventional EVA material. Our machine is widely used for the cap lining process of carbonated soft drinks, such as soda water, juice and so on. All the machine are certificated by European Community and acquired the CE certification.The device is improved on the basis of original models and it's the third generation product by our research and development. It achieves full - automatic production with the function of cap management,cap delivery,plastic drip moulding,temperature control and speed adjustment of frequency,reduce the space occupation, and economize the effective energy.It's a necessary equipment for businessman doing plastic cap to achieve mass production .

Our Service
Upon arrival of the machine at the Buyer's factory, the Seller shall send an engineer to install and test all machines until qualified caps are produced.Engineer service is free in one week and the buyer should finish the installation, maintance and training in one week. If overtake one week, the Buyer should pay usd100 per day to the Seller for every calendar day until all things are finished .

A: We are manufacturer .

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 35 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 50 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance , balance 70% before shipment .
