Papernia quartz sand quarry is one of the leading Ukrainian companies in the sphere of extraction, processing and refining and sale of natural quartz sand. Its activity is based on Papernia and Hrybova-Rudnia deposits located in Ripky district of Chernihiv region.
It is one of the most profitable and efficient enterprises in the region, which has gained a reputation of a reliable business partner of Ukrainian and foreign companies during its long-term activity. At the present time the share of its products in Ukrainian market is up to 30% of quartz sands' sales, which are used in the production of sheet window, laboratory, medical glass, glass containers, crystal ware, facing tiles, ceramics, dry building mixes and other kinds of products. In the total sales volume near 40% belong to the products exported to glass plants of Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria and other EU country.

In 2009 the company successfully carried out an investment project on building and construction of a modern processing and refining plant. At the present time we use the following production equipment of the leading international manufacturers in the process of processing and refining: sand dryer (Gardner Denver), drying stove (Ventilex), purification systems (Dorr-Оliver), high-frequency screens (Derrick) and other state-of-the-art equipment. The production process became more efficient and profitable because of the introduction of innovative technologies. Our plant's capacity is 700 thousand tons of the enriched quartz sand per year.

After the plant's opening, the enterprise has considerably increased the variety of sand brands produced, ranging from ПК-050-З to ПК-015-З. Our company's physical and chemical laboratory, which is equipped with all necessary equipment, controls technological processes of production and enrichment. Analysis and control of quartz sand are confirmed by the product quality certificate.Company's long experience ensures its stable development and increasing of sales volumes.
