Fully integrated sawing line SKYWOOD is designed for sawing a roundwood with a diameter of 120 to 390 mm on edging boards, beams, lining, as well as for the production of pallet and tare planks. To maintain the whole line only 3-5 people are needed, not taking into account stacking, sorting and packing of sawn timber.The line is equipped with a sawdust removal system. This system replaces the aspiration system and consumes less electricity. Besides, it does not require regular cleaning.To ensure that there is no overload on the engines in the trimming, sawing and edging machines, control of the sawing speed is provided, which, with the increase of the load, reduces the feed rate, and vice versa, increases the feed rate to the specified parameters when the load decreases.The supplied equipment meets the safety requirements for the design of woodworking equipment GOST 12.2.026.0-93.In addition, various design and configurations of the line to fit different premises and meet different needs are possible. Upon request, a metal detector and a scanner to count incoming timber can be installed.The composition of the line is individually tailored to the needs of the customer. The productivity of the equipment specified in this catalog is indicative and depends on the diameter of the wood and lumber, the training of the personnel and the program for cutting the material.
