PELLET PRODUCTION:
This small fuel granules are formed under high pressure of 300 atm and under the influence of high temperature. In the process, an interesting substance is released from the ground mass, which is called lignin. It provides high-quality pasting of separate fragments of material in granules. The length of one pellet can vary in the range of 15-30 mm. The diameter of the pellets are from 6 to 8 mm. No wonder they are classified as environmentally friendly solid fuels, as in the process of their production uses only natural materials. During the combustion of granulated solid fuel, in pellet boilers the maximum amount of carbon dioxide that enters the atmosphere is negligible. The decomposition of wood in natural conditions is accompanied by the release of the same amount of carbon dioxide. Pellets - an environmentally friendly and very economical fuel for solid fuel fireplaces, stoves, boiler.
