4. How can I get a sample? Is it free? What’s the sample lead-time?
If the sample is our stock sample, it will be free, but you need to pay for the delivery charge. For the sample with your
LOGO,need charged both sample cost and freight. But will refund you sample cost once order quantity reach 1000pcs one time. It takes us about 5-12 days to finish the sample, just depend on different bags.
5. What’s your lead-time of bulk production?
Our lead-time is about 20-45 days according to different products and QTY. We also can help clients to solve rush order
