Landed by local creel boats who fish for langoustines in a sustainable and low impact manner using creels rather than by trawling.
Creel caught langoustines.
Available most of the year in four sizes:
Extra large @ 5 to 9 pieces per kilo
Large @ 10 to 15 pieces per Kilo
Medium @ 16 to 25 pieces per Kilo
These are live creel-caught prawns as apposed to prawns caught by "trawling"
