The fermentation process removes most anti-nutritional factors existing in natural soybean meal, e.g. Urease, Trypsin Inhibitors, Hemagglutinin, Globulin, Conglycinin, Oligosaccharide, etc. Besides, the enzymolysis process hydrolyzes the macromolecule protein into peptides and amino acids, which are components easy to be utilized by piglets, consequently improves the digestibility highly up to 95%.
