Due to the benefits of cinnamon for human health, in the course of baking beans, we added natural and organically-grown cinnamon leaves which are carefully selected. Coffee beans and cinnamon leaves are baked together, using medium and light baking techniques. The whole process is moderately baked to avoidtoxicscaused by overheating. Cinnamaldehyde from cinnamon leaves is therefore released into the coffee beans.
