Warranty policy
These are the standard products warranty terms and conditions that will apply to for Unilever Medical's products.
UNILEVER MEDICAL CORP guarantees UNILEVER MEDICAL CORP’s new products to be free from all defects or deficiency in design, material, workmanship, for Warranty Period, from the date of shipment, under normal use and environment (Please refer to the user manual).
The warranty period is in accordance with Performa Invoice (PI) or the contract, from the date of shipment from UNILEVER MEDICAL CORP’s facilities to Distributor. Otherwise, if the warranty period is not clear or definite on any kind of contract, the default warranty period is 24 months ultrasound products .The warranty period is 12 months for the other products.
The warranty does not cover the consumable materials, including but not limited to, disposable or one-off materials, manual, coupling material, packing material, and other accessories packaged together with the main unites. If any of them is lost or defective when you open the packing box for the first time, please tell UNILEVER MEDICAL CORP. UNILEVER MEDICAL CORP will send it to you or exchange for free.
If you find the packing box is defective or broken, caused by the shipment, please don’t sign for it, and keep evidence, such as photos. And ask the express company take back the machine before you open the box and check the machine. If you could not make sure if the machine is in good condition or not, please open the packing box together with courier of the express company.
