We provide one-year limited warranty for all machines from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, andthose not apply to any:
1. Improper or inadequate maintenance
2. Misuse and mishandling
3. Damaged by a wrong voltage use
4. Physical damage (for example, dropping the device on the floor or no water, broken case, etc)
What is the repair, exchange refund policy?
Exchange and refund only on big defective units. For buyer had used machines, we only can support repair service.
REFUND: If you reported problem to us in one week on arrival, we accept the refund, we only refund with your.payment after receiving the returned goods
EXCHANGE: If you reported problem to us in one month on arrival, we accept the exchange. Buyer need pay shipback sea freight.
REPAIR: We provide free spare parts within warranty period.Buyer should provide serial number and photos ofdefective machines, buyer need pay shipment charges.
We only support and repair we sold out items, pleasedon't ship back other seller's items.
