Established in 1989, UPEXIM Hanoi is a branch of Forestry Products and Handicrafts Production and Export - Import joint stock Company (UPEXIM) and in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (former as Ministry of Trade of Vietnam). UPEXIM was equitized with the main share belonging to its employees.
