Administration departmentOur administration center is in charge of order management. Our procedure is that the salesmen accept orders, procurement department and production control department will arrange the production process. In our administration center, we have a development room and a computer mark room in charge of production research and patterning. A computer mark room which is alike the heart of a company inputs all the models to computers, and makes mark models via computer. Then we will use the mark models to produce our products.Development departmentDevelopment department can transfer the agreed models and samples to mark room for reading, enlarging or shrinking, arranging mark. It make us to calculate quantity and cutting easily. Prodution control and CuttingProdution control department will get enough stuff based on the mark model from a warehouse. Cutting department will screen if the quantity and material is correct, and then start to cut. The cutting person makesthe mark model fixed on the cutting place, then pull the cloth based on orders until the needed quality is fulfilled. After pulling cloth is finished, we will make the mark model fixed on cloth and cut.After that, we will pack the cutted cloth and mark the size and quantity, and then transfer them to sewing department.Production departmentAll kinds of cloth is sewed by experienced workers. All the workers in charge of sewing in our company are skilled and experienced. They sew every part of cloth with exquisite and accurate attitude to make all clothing perfect. We make up a great working environment in which we have air conditioners and bright lighting. Making all colleagues in a comfortable working environment can increase working efficiency that help us to complete all orders easily.
