This product is a saturated thermoplastic elastomer with random structure and almost no crystallization. It has low plasticizing temperature and Mooney viscosity, excellent processing performance, and can be mixed with natural rubber and synthetic rubber (such as chloroprene CR, chlorosulfonated polyethylene CSM, NBR, EPDM, SBR) in any proportion, thus giving the product excellent weatherability, flexibility and flame retardancy.

Applications
VN-CPE135B can be used as special synthetic rubber,
This product is mainly used for special synthetic rubber, and can also be used as modifier or solvent for general synthetic rubber.
CPE135B + crosslinking agent + other additives to manufacture various flame retardant wire and cable sheaths and seals.
CPE135B+CR+crosslinking agent+other additives to manufacture various flame-retardant wire and cable sheaths, flame-retardant conveyor belts, automotive hoses, triangular belts. CPE135B+NBR+crosslinking agent+other additives to manufacture various oil-resistant wire and cable sheaths, hoses, rubber sheets, seals.
CPE 135B+EPDM+flame retardant+crosslinking agent+other additives to manufacture flame retardant wire and cable insulation, roof waterproofing membrane, automobile sealant.
The above compound can be formed by general rubber processing equipment and process.

Packaging and Storage
25kg,500kg,650kg,1300kg/bag or as your requirement; It should be stored in cool and dry surroundings to avoid the humidity insolation
with shelf life of two years, it can be still used if qualified by inspection after shelf life
