Cooling machineThe power machine supplies power needed for activating strong magnetic field; The cooling machine is for coolimg the magnetizing coil because the coil's temperature will rise during magnetization process.The magnetizing table/fixture is usually designed according to the magnet component or assembly customer wants to magnetize.
Note: The quantity of stations is customizable customer's requirement. If you needs more stations, we have another conversion structure design for your choice.
The picture shows a 4-station magnetizing table, which is suitable for magnetizing 4 different types of generator rotors.
