1. Introduction
ZW2(36/16)-51-V-GLY Program Control Traffic Signal Controller (hereinafter referred to as the Traffic Signal Controller) is the newest product developed by our company in order to adapt to the new issued GB 25280-2010"Road Traffic Signal Controller"and requirements of Traffic Administrative Departments. It is widely suitable for controlling traffic signal in various road sections. 1. The master and slaves are both have dual-band wireless module. It enhances the anti-jamming.
2. Power consumption: the master is less than 0.8W without load; the slave is less than 0.6W.
3. Power reverse connection protection function. The controller will not be damaged when the input power reverse connection.
4. Fault protecting function. The master and slaves will automatically become yellow flash when fault happened.
5. The maximum output current of each way is 3A.
6. Control method: controlled by special PC software. It can control the current time and scheme of the signal controller.
7. It can be set to 18 kinds of control scheme.
8. Traffic Signal Controller can be set to Weekday Scheme (Monday to Friday), Weekend Scheme (Saturday and Sunday), Special Day Scheme and Pedestrian Scheme. The maximum special day scheme quantity is 20 and each scheme can be controlled separately.
9. Weekday Scheme: can be divided into 24 time interval. Each time interval can use one of the 18 control schemes together.

12. The master and slaves are all have pedestrian crossing push button. It can work according to the Pedestrian Scheme.
13. Traffic Signal Controller can be controlled by special remote-control unit.
14. about the usage of the remote-control unit
A Key is for controlling the vehicle traffic lights all Red, pedestrian traffic lights all Green
B Key on the remote-control unit is for stepping to next controlling state of the traffic signal controller.
C Key is for keeping the current state of the traffic signal controller within 120 seconds. Push the C key again under this state, it will keep the current state within 120 seconds again.
D Key is for exit the remote-control controlling and the traffic light controller will enter into the automated state.
Please Note: Operation of Remote-control unit while it under using is allowed after 3 seconds of each new changed state. Traffic light receives new remote signal after lights state transition keeping 3 seconds according controller carrying out remote operation.
15. Remote wireless scheme transmitter: Work with computer (customer owned) by USB wire. After edit the scheme at software in computer, make the address of code switch as same as the Master, transmit the scheme wirelessly to the Master through this device.4. Main Performance Index
