This is a vacuum laminating machine (glue lamination machine)with two kinds of modes,
which is bubble remove mode
and no need bubble remove mode. It needs external vacuum pump and air compressor.
Notice:
1. If setting time too long or other steps wrong incautious, don't worry, just need your
pressthe E-stop button.
2. Pushing key would be used when you adjust the balance of laminating plate.
* Connect the vacuum pump
Twist the white screw of vacuum pump, pour the oil into the vacuum pump until reaching
thehalf of the side glass window, then cover the screw. After preheating, insert one side
of 12mm- diameter tube into venting connector, another side to the inlet of laminating
machine.
Turn onthe vacuum switch, insert the power plug to the laminator.
* Connect the air compressor
Install the venting connector of the air compressor, filter and foot pad. Insert diameter 8mm
tube into the venting connector, another side to the inlet of laminating machine. Turn on the press switch insert the power plug.
Screen-press process (No need bubble remove)
1. Plug in the power, turn on the switch of machine.
2. Clocwise rotation the emergency stop button softly until the button bounce.
3. Setting the laminating time to 3-15 seconds.
4. Adjust the pressure to 0.3MPa by the pressure regulator behind the laminator.
5. Then setting the temperature to 40 degree.
6. Cleaning the screen on the mould, use a little tape to tear the protective film of glass
filmedwith OCA, put it on the screen then press the middle of the screen gently, put it
towards onthe tray.
Notice:The flat wire must hang in the air, otherwise will destroy the screen. Then put it
intothe laminating room and close the door.
7. Put it to laminating chamber, close the chamber door, press the start button.
8. Push the chamber door until it be sucked in, when the vacuum table reach the default, the laminating plate will press down.
9. After 3 minutes, the laminating chamber door will automatically open, take out the screen, process finished.
Screen-press process (need bubble remove)
1. Laminating time set to 03M15S (3 minutes laminating / 15S vacuumize delay)
