1. Q: How can I get your price list?
A: Please send us your email or fax or chat with us by trademanager or msn for our price list and order information.
2. Q: How could I get samples?
A: We can supply some free samples (total value under 10 US dollars) if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. If the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight as the material cost is high. We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment. If you don't have an courier account, you can send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
3. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. When you confirm purchase the sample and tell me your address, we can calculate the courier freight to you.
4. Q: What’s the minimum order?
A: If you accept the product and pack with our logo or neuter the minimum quantity is 500PCS, if you order the item we have stock, the minimum quantity is 100PCS. If you want printed your logo on products the minimum quantity is 1,000pcs, If you want redesign the box the minimum quantity is 3,000pcs.
5. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the box?
A: Yes you can. Logo can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or nameplate. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 1,000 pcs per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo and company name to be printed on the box (custom design), such as gift box and paper card, the minimum order is 3,000 pcs per model. You can send us the artwork by email in JPG, TIF, AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw formats. If you want your logo on the products but the quantity under 1,000 units, we can make the paster to stick on the products.
6. Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax or trademanager or MSN. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
1) Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
2) Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
3) Delivery time required
4) Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
5) Forwarder's contact details if there's any (in China or Hong Kong)
7. Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes. We can arrange transportation by sea or by air or courier.
8. Q: How can the products be sent to us?
A: For small quantity or weight less than 45kg, sent usually by courier. For orders from 45 to 500kg, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. Basically, the transportation depends on client's choice.
