1.HUD do not display ,Without electricity
Reason: Check whether start the car engine or not . In order to prevent HUD consuming Car’s power,the starting voltage is set to 13.2V. As long as start car engine, the voltage reaches 13.2 volts and HUD can automatically turn on.Check if the car charger cable is connected tightly or not,try several times,check whether HUD master switch is on. If HUD still not display ,please try another car,analyze whether the car cigarette lighter interface is broken. if Broken,we suggest directly connect the car charger cable to the battery.
2.With electricity on, but only show car voltage, and auto-off after 20 seconds.
Reason: The start voltage is lower than 13.2V, HUD can not start normally. Check whether the car engine is turned on or not,If starting, then long press vertically the wave button for 5 seconds to Menu, short press vertically 7 times, the menu display 7, and up or down the wave button to adjust the voltage parameter from 132 to 128 or more desirable value.After finish adjustment,the starting voltage is 12.8V,exist by long press vertically wave button for 5 seconds,test again.
3.When drving, HUD repeatedly turned off, restart.4.After the car is turned off, HUD do not automatically turn off for a long time.
Reason: The default is 13.2V that HUD automatic turn off ,automotive voltage higher than 13.2 volts, HUD automatic turn on and automotive voltage lower than 13.2 volts, hud automatic turn off. HUD do not turn off , then long press vertically the wave button for 5 seconds to Menu, short press vertically 7 times, the menu display 7, and up or down the wave button to adjust the voltage parameter to 135 or more little higher.Do not be too high, preventing the car voltage can not reach the starting voltage of HUD.You can also boot with power, vertical long press the dial button for 5 seconds to enter the menu option, press repeatedly until the menu display 7:00, the parameter settings allocated pulley 2, a vertical dial button is pressed 5 seconds after a successful exit is restored8.Wrong operation lead to crashes9. Time display inaccurate
Time adjustment
Please confirm the timezone of your country for the first time using.(the default timezone is GMT+8). When connect HUD and power on, long press the wave button vertically for 5s to enter into the setting menu.Then short press 6 times, the menu display number 6, and the parameter display 8,upside or downside the wave button to adjust to your country timezone,long time the wave button for 5s to back to the display interface.
