Vingal Industries Co.,Ltd have constructed a modern factory complex at Bien Hoa Industrial Zone II Dong Nai Province, incorporating the most modern and efficient Pipemill using world standard technology to initially produce quality Galvaized and Black circular pipe for the transmission of fluids and for structural applications for the Vietnamese and Export markets.
