What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately by phone or email; explain damage and we will handle immediately to your satisfaction
How about the glass?
We just use tempered glass. The thickness you can advise, normally from 5mm – 8mm is very OK.
How about the frame?
We have both steel, aluminium and stainless steel. They can be anodized, galvanized or powder coated. Any frame, we will design to create perfect products matching with cushion and wicker. Then, you can choose cheap price and duration that is suitable to you.
What is the warranty?
Normally, our products can use more than 3 years.
And we have 1 year for warranty.
Can I leave my cushions outside in bad weather?
It is possible and is advised to leave cushions out in all weather provided the fabric is a solution dyed acrylic and the cushion uses reticulated marine foam. We do not use anything else. At Viet Products Corp. we only use the best.
