Product Description

ACACIACOUNTERTOP/ TABLETOP/ DECORATION
*Dimensions: 1880/1829 x 914/648 x 26/38 mm, tolerance: for length and width: +5mm, for thickness: +0.2mm.
*Basic bar: 40-85 mm in width, vertically joined with tight keys and same length per board. The length of finger >= 140 mm;
*Moisture: 8-12% per all points (not exceeding 12%)
*Criteria for defects:
+Side B:
- Live knots allowed with diameter not exceeding 15mm, spread evenly. The number of knots is maximum 50. No dead knots and no piths;
- Sap is maximum 20%/ basic bar, spread evenly;
- No dark imprints due to surface treatment. Particle cracking lines are allowed without crossing both sides and have to be filled with putty.
+Side C:
- Live and dead knots allowed with diameter not exceeding 25mm and 20 mm respectively, filled with putty;
- Piths are allowed, not exceeding 10 mm in length;
- No limitation for sap percentage;
- Boards are smooth.
*Other requirements:
- Surface: flat, sanded 240;
- Finger and horizontal joints are tight;
- All joints are close and not cracked; No rotten knots, no porous wood.
- Oiled Brown / Teak.
