Customization notes:
1. After-sales service: once we confirm the production of customized products, we will not accept any refund for any reason except quality problems (such as size, color difference, smell, etc.).
2. Lead time: for small batches below 5000 pcs, the customization time shall be 7-10 days after final draft; for above 5000 pcs, the printing time shall be around 15 days(not including the design and express delivery time) for specific time, please consult customer service.
3. about color difference: due to the difference between manual color printing and personal display screen, color difference is inevitable, please do not take the color of the final design drawing as the standard.
4. about the smell: less than 5000 pcs is small batch hand-made finished products printing, sealed and packed and shipped immediately after the printing is dried, so the smell is unavoidable.
The printing smell of our company has been far lower than that of the same trade, it will basically disappear by put them in a ventilated place 2 days after you receive them.
5. about design: after placing the order, our professional design will be free of charge until you are satisfied, but it is a customized product. So once the pattern is /confirm/ied, it cannot be modified

1. Display color difference
Due to the difference of lighting and shooting hardware, and the difference of computer monitor, there is a color difference of the object. This belongs to objective phenomenon, avoid hard, chromatic aberration is normal less than 10%, no effect. Buyers who cannot accept it are advised to be cautious.
2. Printing color difference
Because the printing is through the film /PS version with CMYK four-color offset printing, and the display is three colors of RGB display, can not require the color of monitor screen or printer is same as printing color.
If you have high requirements on color, we suggest you:
1. Send us the color sample (any material, we can refer to the color mixing)
2. Provide PANTONE color number to us (color representation varies with printing medium)
