1. How to order sample?
A : We can customize sample within 5-7 days. While it cost more time for the complicated design, such as digital printed fabric, embossed logo. the sample charge can be paid through Escrow, T/T, Money gram, Western Union and Paypal. Sample normally charge is USD50/pattern, wool ad cashmere and other special item need negotiate.
2. Can I order the products with own design & logo?
A: Yes, we have 2 designers and offer OEM&ODM service, so we can make any products based on your artwork or original sample.
3. Can you make the products sample for approval before starting the mass production? How can I get the custom sample?
A: Yes, the custom products sample can be offered for approval by email images, If you need to check the actual sample, we can send it by express, while you have to take on the sample delivery freight cost.
4. Do you have stock sample?
A: Yes,, Many, we have 50m^2 Showroom and more than 500 patterns stock can send you every time.
5. How to order Mass Production?
A: MOQ is 200 pcs each color. If order quantity less than 500 pcs, we advice you place order directly, will provide you the preproduction sample to check and revise it until you satisfied, normally we take 7-10 days to make sure sample approved, 20-25 days for production.
IF you already ordered sample, will produce directly. 50% Deposite, Balance before delivery.
Payment can be Paypal ,Western union ,Money gram,bank transfer.
6. IF our quantity less than 200pcs, products we can do?
A: We have some solid blank products can added your logo ,style like woven label ,embroidery or you can select from our stock pattern.
7. How can i get my sample shipped if i place the order with you?
A:It depends on the order quantity of the cap,Normally, 10 to 1000 pieces, the productss will be shipped by express (DHL,FEDEX,TNT,UPS,etc,) it's the DOOR To DOOR service.
