In order to get pure and relatively high quality edible oil after pressing, the crude oil refinery will use our refining equipment to remove impurities in the oil. such as saponin,fatty acid, phosphatide, pigment. The refined oil reaches the edible oil standard while finished refining process.

Main Process
Crude oil → Degumming → Deacidification → Decoloration→ Deodorization ( → Dewaxing) → Refined oil
Degumming/Dephosphorization: In industry, degumming is also called dephospholipid. Before alkali refining, remove solubility impurity is a very useful way, it can reduce the loss in oil, inprove the quality of oil, save alkali and abtain phospholipids.
Deacidification :Add in alkali to neutralize the oil. Quantity of alkali added is determined by the quality of crude oil. The neutralized oil is heated to separation temperature(90°C)and then enters into the Centrifuge to remove the phospholipids, FFA and other impurities etc.
Decolorizing/Bleaching:The purpose of decolorization is to improve the pigments of the oil and to provide a qualified oil for the deodorant.
Deodorizing:Deodorant not only eliminates foul odor impurities, improves oil smoke point, makes a better taste, but also improves oil stability, quality and chroma. At the same time, free fatty acids, hydrogen peroxide, heat-sensitive pigments, proteins, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and pesticide residues in mucus cakes can be removed.
Dewaxing (optional): Sunflower oil or corn germ oil (corn oil) contains wax. At low temperatures, these waxes give the oil a hazy appearance. Therefore, in extremely cold areas, dewaxing should be taken care of when processing these oilseeds.
