Normally 7-15 workdays after confirmation design file and deposit. It's according to your design and order quantity.
Q3. Do you offer free samples?
You can get samples in our avaible stock for free, but pay for freight.
If you wanna get sample with your custom design, there will have sample charges.
Q4. Will you offer design service?
We have designers to help with simple information such as logo and some image.
Q5. How aboutshipping and how long it will take?
We quoted the shipping charges according to the estimated gross weight of your products, you can pay it with balance payment with an accurate weight before shipping after product finished.
The shippig time depends on the shippig method you choose.
