2. Can pack straw length: 150-260mm without changing any mold
3. Can print two color on packaging, when change straw length, no need to change rollers and gears, save money and time.
4. With 4 sets of servo motor and driver to control (for cutting wheels, sealing wheels, traction rollers, printing rollers). with touch screen and PLC to control. It is more convenient for adjusting and operation. Save worker's time when change straw length and diameter.

1. Introduction:
The machine is used to wrap paper straw individually 3 side seal package. from outer straw diameter 5-12mm, straw length 150-260mm. It is controlled by 4 sets of servo motor, when you change the straw diameter or length, it is very convenient for operation, no need to change sealing wheels or mould. To save your time and increase your capacity.

1) Automatic and high speed, 300-500 pcs /min;
2) touch screen control, 4 sets of servo motor.

5) With automatic product counting function, product quantity may be pre-set, once the pre-set value is reached. the machine will
give an alarm. And the dam-brush will separate each set quantity packaged straw.
