1.Q: Can I get samples ?
A: Yes, of course, we can offer you free samples if we have them in stock but you need to afford its postage cost. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have collect account number, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to get reached
2.Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: It will takes about 30 days at the quantity of 20,000pcs(our MOQ for mass production). As for customized glass products, we need about 12 days to open new moulds and need another 7-12 days to produce your new samples.
3.Q: Which kinds of certificates have you passed?
A: We have passed SGS, LFGB, ISO9001 and FDA.
4.Q: How to control your product quality?
A:We have about 10 professional QC to ensure our product quality according to strict inspection standards.
5.Q: How about your payement term?
A: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T deposit in advance and 70% balance aganist copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
