Product Application
The electric resistance furnace is cyclic furnace which is used for heating dirt or powder. The furnace has a rotary furnace tank. The furnace tank is heated during rotation, so that the material is heated evenly.

Furnace operation:
1) Before use, make sure there is no other material inside the furnace tank. Open the feeding hole according to the operation manual. After feeding, lock the feeding hole tightly to prevent the material spout out of the furnace;
2) Turn on the power of the motor and adjust the speed of the furnace through the frequency converter;
3) Adjust heating temperature and heating time;
4) Set the process time;
5) Turn off power supply of the furnace after finishing heating process, and discharge the material through the discharge hole.
