SPECIMEN COLLECTION AND STORAGE• Store in a dry place at temperature 4℃ to 30℃ • The sealed pouch for the duration of the shelf time • Do the test within 1 hour when you remove the test device from pouch. Do not freeze. • First morning urine usually contains the highest concentration of hCG and is therefore the best sample when performing the test. However, a randomly collected urine specimen may be used. Collect the specimen in a clean, dry container, either glass, plastic or wax coated. Do not use preservatives. • If the specimen is not tested on the day it is collected, it should be sealed and refrigerated at 2~8℃. If storage is required for more than seventy-two hours, the sample must be frozen at -20℃ or below.and brought back to room temperature (15℃~30 ℃) before testing.
