1.Automatic weight the rall material powder and mixing feeding as formulate.
2. All powder and materials are mixing in the high
speed mixing machine.
3. Vacuum feeder transmit the material to the feeder of extruder
4..Extruding the Vinyl floor sheet .
5. The floor sheet need to rest for 48 hours. 
6. UV coating for the floor sheet.

7.After UV coating , the floor also need to rest 48 hours.
9.Cutting the floor sheet as customed size into plank by Automatic Multi rip saw.
10 Slotting for all plank floor inlcude the length and width.
11, cleaning the dust of all plank floor.
12 Underlayer lamination by the machine
