2.Production process:
(1)Heat sealing sterilization roll adopts three side explosion-proof technology to prevent burst effectively .
(2)See-through the sterilized medical device by transparent compound film, avoiding errors.
(3)Using length is as your demand by cut.
3. Usage:
heat sealing sterilization roll apply to hospital, outpatient service antiseptic packing, laboratory articles antiseptic packing, family hightemperature disinfection packing.

Ethylene oxide,Steam,Gamma
5.Attentions:
(1) packaging bag at room temperature shelf life of 3 years, the storage period is 180 days after sterilization.
(2)check before use sterilization packaging bag seal integrity, product damage and disable.
(3)packaging bags for a one-time use, prohibit the use of two times.

Flat sterilization pouch roll is disposable and has the sterilization process to indicate the packing product. Products from polypropylene and polyester multilayer composite film and the same can be made of dialysis paper hot.

Theusage ofthe Sterilisation pouches & reels:
1. good bacteria resistance, good breathable character and stripping.
2. packaging for hospital, factory and medical device.
3. Select proper sized sterilization pouch adapting to the items to be sterilized and the pouch have the possibility to break if the pouch is not fit for the items.
4. Place the sharp device in right position assuring of the security of using when open.
5. Peel off the strip and seal the pouch, marking the record of sterilization detail for convenient use.
6. Put the finished items rightly into steam autoclave and device for EO.
7. Color-changing attention: if sterilization proceeded,it will turn black from initial blue based on steam sterilization method,and will turn brown from initial pink based on the ETO sterilization method.
8. Open the cap according to the direction printed on the pouch when take the items out.
