DLM5 series wet multi-plate electromagnetic clutch is divided into slip ring and non-slip ring type. It needs to work under lubrication conditions. The friction plate wears less, the service life is long, the radial size is small, and the torque is large. It can be widely used in mechanical transmission systems of machine tools, steel rolling, metallurgical mining, metal rolling, handling, ship fishing and other equipment, and functions as clutching, reversing and shifting.
Conditions of Use :
1. The altitude does not exceed 2000m;
2. The ambient air temperature is -5 ° C ~ +40 ° C;
3. There is no danger of explosion in the surrounding medium and there is no gas and conductive dust sufficient to corrode metal and destroy insulation;
4. The supply voltage of the clutch coil fluctuates by no more than +5% and -15% of the rated voltage;
5. Oil lubrication is required between the friction plates.
Installation:
1. The clutch should be cleaned before installation;
2. It should be fixed axially during installation. For example, the coaxial installation should maintain the coaxiality of 9 grades;
3. When the clutch is working, it should supply oil to the friction plate. In high-speed operation and high-frequency operation, the axial oil supply method should be adopted;
