Huamei’s material comes from Alto Kemp Finland, Arcelor France, Bohler Austria, and Tisco China. The hardness, parallelism, flatness will influence the quality of press plate for mdf panel directly, so with their reliable and stable quality, our press plates’ quality can also be ensured.
Huamei’s good reputations also come from the cooperation with the machine suppliers in this industry, they are Wemhoener, HOMAG, Hapco etc. Meanwhile, Huamei has good relations with décor paper suppliers.
Now we have 3 sets of stainless steel sandy machine for decorative press panel from NETHERLAND, 6 sets of mirror abrasion machine imported from Japan, 2 sets of laser cutting machine from Germany, and we also develop 2 sets of stainless steel etching line, which has many patents, 8 sets of exceed wide chemical electroanalysis plating bath and some other advanced equipment.
Sophisticated inspection:
The strict quality control system is applied during every process of the press moulds, from the choose of raw material, careful processes to the package. In this way, the stable quality of the laminate press plate is maintained.
First, pasting protecting films on the press plate, then cover with paper;
Second, 10pcs plastic bubble films outside the paper;
Third, wrapping up all the packing material with the cloth, and one more cloth on the top;
Four, anti-collision packaging and thick plastic paper outside;
Five, cardboard, board, iron frame outmost of the packing;
Finally, fixing with lag spikes. Each package can take 20pcs press plates.
