The strict quality control system is applied during every process of the press plate moulds, from the choose of raw material, careful processes to the package. In this way, the stable quality of the Press moulds is maintained.
First, pasting protecting films on the press plate, then cover with paper;
Second, 10pcs plastic bubble films outside the paper;
Third, wrapping up all the packing material with the cloth, and one more cloth on the top;
Four, anti-collision packaging and thick plastic paper outside;
Five, cardboard, board, iron frame outmost of the packing;
Finally, fixing with lag spikes. Each package can take 20pcs press plates.
