Now we have 3 sets of stainless steel sandy machine from NETHERLAND, 6 sets of mirror abrasion machine imported from Japan, 2 sets of laser cutting machine from Germany, and we also develop 2 sets of stainless steel etching line, which has many patents, 8 sets of exceed wide chemical electroanalysis plating bath and some other advanced equipment.

The strict quality control system is applied during every process of the production, from the choose of raw material, careful processes to the package. In this way, the stable quality of the products is maintained.
First, pasting protecting films on the press plate, then cover with paper;
Second, 10pcs plastic bubble films outside the paper;
Third, wrapping up all the packing material with the cloth, and one more cloth on the top;
Four, anti-collision packaging and thick plastic paper outside;
Five, cardboard, board, iron frame outmost of the packing;
Finally, fixing with lag spikes. Each package can take 20pcs press plates.
