She is of all welded steel construction, bottom plate 10mm thickness and shell plate 8mmthickness, frame distance 500 mm, with 2 fixed spuds on the aft ,ladder support A frame inthe front and 3 hydraulic operated winches ,2 double bollards(fwd and aft) and 1 singlebollard in the center on each side.3. The whole dredger is dismountable in road transportable sections.4. The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon, the two side pontoons serveas fuel bunkers, ballast tanks and store tanks.5. Engine room and pump section are accessible by watertight hatches.6. Cutter shaft runs on roller type bearings in an enclosed shaft housing flooded withlubrication oil a lock oil tank to ensure a positive pressure inside the bearing housing islocated on top of the wheelhouse.7. The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed fitted on a raised platform with allaround non obstructed view, one operators consoles containing engine instrumentation andcontrols for cutter, winches, dredge pump, suction and discharge pressure gauges, navigationlight controls, airconditioned and well insulated .8. Below the control cabin is a changing room located with table, chairs and washbasin.9. The underwater section of the dredger is protected with a marine coating system andcathodic protection for use in a saltwater environment.
