Process&Installation

3.Keep the clean and dry environment, including the bottom of artificial grass, the ground, joint tape.
4.During construction, surrounding temperature: 0-40 centigrade degree rainy days and wet weather is not suitable to install.

1. Where is your factory located, near shanghai or Guangzhou?
We are located in wuxi city, jiangsu province. Near Shanghai.
2. What's the payment terms?
T/T is preferrable. 30% advance payment before production, 70% balance before the shipment.
3. Is artificial grass safe for my children and pets?
Absolutely. An artificial grass lawn provides a very safe, clean environment for both children and pets.
5. What about maintenance?
Artificial grass turf requires very little maintenance, certainly no mowing, no feeding etc but it will benefit from an occasional sweep with a stiff brush. We will provide you with a maintenance guide on completion of the installation to help you keep your new lawn looking it's best.
6. Will my new lawn fade?
Our products are UV stabilised to comply with quality standards BIN53387 and carry a manufacturer UV guarantee for up to 10 years dependant on the artificial grass chosen.
7. Can it be laid on a sloping surface?
Yes the artificial grass can be installed on sloping surfaces. It can even be applied vertically to a wall. Looks very cool!
8. Is our Synthetic grass safe for the environment?
Our fiber, backing and infill complies with stringent laws and standards. It’s 100% recyclable. It saves water. There are no grass clippings to clog landfills, no pollution from a lawn mower's engine, no fertilizers or added chemicals to contaminate groundwater.
9. Where does water go when it rains? Is an additional drain system necessary?
Our backing features perforations every three inches rated at a drainage capability of more than 10 inches of rain per hour. In most cases and climates, no separate drains are necessary; water drains naturally into the compacted aggregate sub-base.
10. How long will the artificial grass last?
The artificial grass, with regular low-maintenance could last in the region of 8 years dependant on the volume of traffic in the area.
