High Capacity PP Spun/Melt Blown Filter Catridge Machine
Hot sale pp spun filter cratridge making machine product line from Wuxi LYCRA is a machine that used to produce pp spun filter cartridges, the principle of this machine is as below:
Auto Feeder feeds 100% raw material polypropylene into Extruder. Then pp material is melting by heater through Extruder. Roots Blower blows the air into Air Heater and then the hot air will blowthe liquid polypropylene through the Mold (with hundreds of small holes in the nozzle), so nozzle willspray thousnds pp fibers into receiver spinning shaft and finally receiving pole rotates and spun into filtercartridges. Then auto cutting equipment will cut any length according requirements.
