The Impregnation Line is for (Applications):
The Impregnation line is for gluing melamine on the decorative paper to make the melamine paper.
Paper Impregnation line is used for decorative paper with Urea or Phenol or Melamine resins.
Such impregnated paper is used for making laminates or in pre-lamination of particle boards overlaying.
The resin gives the impregnated material strong mechanical properties, making it ideal as decorative laminates, industrial laminates, and laminates for melamine faced chipboards.
Types of paper used include Decor, Kraft, glass fiber, overlay, etc.
There are series one and two step impregnation line, 4’ 5’ 6’ 7’ and 8’ paper width, biggest size of phenolic line at 12ft. it is the biggest size in the world.

(1) What is your paper width?
4 feet? 6 feet? 7 feet?
(2) What capacity of the line do you want? It asks the line working speed.
For example: 10-20-30-40-50 m/min what kind of speed level do you want?
20m/min daily can produce 11500 sheets for 4x8 feet (6x8 feet is same), or 7780 sheets for 6x12 sheets.
(3) What kind of resin will you use?
For décor paper, will you use 100% melamine or will mix with urea? How much percentage of Urea you will mix?
For kraft paper, will you use 100% melamine or phenolic? Is it water contain or alcohol?
(4) Do you want only the impregnation line or the whole project?
The whole project means all the necessary equipment related to the paper impregnation. It includes: Boiler, Glue reactor, Glue mixer, Glue tank, Steam generator, Laboratory press machine, Chrome plates for lab press, Paper sampling and testing equipment, Air compressor, and the platform with ladders for installing the glue mixer beside the impregnation line.
