The DY 900~1400 series door skin hot press is used for laminating the melamine door skin, veneer door skin by moulds. The synchronizer is necessary which let the hot platens can stop at any position. The machine has manual and auto models meet different customers; requests.

Main Features
1. Control system: PLC control with connection to computer (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens optional), from infeed to storage,
complete lamination offered. This system is stable and is of high automation. Technical parameters can be set, modified and monitored by human-machine interface.2. Mechanical system : Stable, easy to operate, high efficient and easy for maintenance.3. Hydraulic system: Top branded valves and pumps are used for this system, with features of high stability, low noise, and no leakage.

Name: Main hot press machine
The frame of press is manufactured from high quality plain steel plate and stress analysis and computation in detail to ensure the enough stiffness and safety factor.
The cylinder with high intensity is made of cast-steel. The cylinder plunger is made of hard iron and is wear-resisting. Its surface hardness is high that can reach above HRC55.
The hot platen is made of a whole massive steel plate and the heat pipes distributed in it reasonably to ensure its working surface temperature is uniform.
