Wuxi Qiangtong Machinery Co., Ltd. is established in 2003, located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. We are specialized in wood-based panel surface lamination technology, such as melamine paper laminated on Chipboard, Particle board, MDF, HDF and Plywood etc. Our machine is mainly used for producing furniture board, flooring, door skin etc. embossed or molded laminates products. Until 2019, we have sold more than 2300 sets of press machine, which is included around 630 sets exported foreign countries.

This series short cycle hot press is used for laminating flooring by ACP/melamine paper on HDF. YX1400-1800 is mainly suitable for laminating flooring such as high glossy, matt, suede, etc. YX200-2800 is mainly suitable for laminating V-shape groove, wood grain top grade laminate flooring.

Application:
QIANGTONG Short cycle hot press machine is mainly for producing melamine faced chipboard / MDF / HDF etc. laminated decorative furniture board:

The surface texture is depended by the stainless-steel chrome plate which is installed inside hot press machine. 
The press machine is pressing the board touching by chrome plate. That is how the surface design came out.
The laminated boards have many artificial surface such as MIRROR, MATT, SUEDE, WOODGRAIN, SUEDE, EMBOSSED, 3D etc.
