Q1: How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
Q2: What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM or Whatsapp/Wechat Then we issue you an PI for your /confirm/iation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
Q3: How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How about The Mass Production?
A:1. We are honored to offer you samples, usually we will arrange them in 3~7 working days, finished product sample is acceptable. 2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 7~10 working days is enough.
Q4: How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
Q5: Do you accept product design customization or have our logo or company information on your products?
