1.How to install the machine?

CO2 and the water don’t mingle.
Check water position in the water bottle, the puff tube shall be immersed water. Weight the gas bottle to check whether it is empty.
The puff button is turned on but the CO2 still spills.
Generally it is due to physical troubles of mechanical locking device, please hold on, patiently till all the CO2 gets out, don’t take any action and contact your service.
During making the carbonic acid water. Gas pills between head of the water bottle and frame.
Fasten the gas bottle, if there is still leaking gas, the rubber sealing ring on the frame of the gas bottle can be replaced (standby sealing ring is on the back of the machine).
Water spills while CO2 is puffed in.
Maybe due to the raising bottle in not full, the bottle can be removed and fill into water to the mark line.
A buzz is heard after the drink is made.
Press the letdown switch to discharge the redundant gas.
2.How mant times can be pressed with one gas cylinder ?
about 60 times, and if the gas cylinder finished, you can go to the gas station in your local area to get refilled.
3.Do you supply the flavors?
Actually we only supply the soda machine, but if customers need to purchase together with the syrup, we will do as required.
