Features of hot stamping machine:
1. The automatic hot stamping machine of vertical type is designed to meet the customers' needs of foil hot stamping, die cutting and indentation processing.
2. The automatic hot stamping machine has the advantages of easy operation, accurate positioning, safety, low investment and high return, which is ideal for packaging printing enterprises to produce exquisite printed products.
3. It is consisted of main engine, automatic sheet feeding and collecting mechanism, hot stamping mechanism and electric control device. 4. After the connection of hot stamping mechanism and automatic sheet feeding and collecting mechanism, the machine then can conduct the work cycle that is automatic sheet feeding - die cutting/gold stamping - stripping - sheet collection.
5. Equipped with PLC and man-machine interface system, the electrical components mainly employ the imported famous products. And the hot stamping foil movement is controlled by two groups of servo motors.
6. The automatic hot stamping machine employs centralized lubrication system.
