These beams are very easy to install by consumer. They have very smooth structure (no bubbles) and can be cut withmiter saw or hand saw. They also can be sanded just like wood to finish up the joints.once painted with water based paint our crown moldings look just like plaster. They are perfect solution for wet and/or hotareas as they do not react to humidity fluctuations and will not expand or contract due to the temperature changes as other material used in crown moldings production. 1.Prepare the tools (nails,adhesive,cutting machine,pen,Block of wood etc)
2.Make sure the place you want to fix the beam.mark it with pen.
3.Fix block of wood in right place,the length match to beam inside width.
4.Cutting the beam to right size.
5.Put glue in border of beam
6.put beam to ceiling,also match to wood block
7.Nail the connection of beam and wood block.
Note: Before measuring or cutting, we highly recommend that you let the beams sit at room temperature for at least 24 hours so they can acclimate to the temperature of the room. It's best to cut them a little long so they will be tight when installed in place between your walls.
